139K - Replace inlet servo

There was a noise coming from behind the glovebox if the climate control was set to "recirculate".   When you press the "outside" air the noise would go away.  I determined this was due to the inlet servo.

Ended up replacing the servo for around $150 from oemlexusparts.com (http://www.lexuspartsnow.com/parts/lexus-servo-sub-assy-damper-no-1~87106-30410.html)

Here are the part numbers just in case this ever happens again:

87106-30341 air mix servo
87106-30371 = outlet servo (used when you cycle through the fan modes)
87106-30410 = inlet servo (used when you hit the button to recirculate or use outside air)

1. cycle temperature from hot to cold or viceversa = air mix servo
2. cycle through the fan modes = outlet servo
3. cycle between recirulate and outside air modes = inlet servo
4. cycle fan speed from low to high or viceversa = blower motor
